TTO ribbons are available in two primary types, each designed for specific performance requirements:

1. Wax/Resin Ribbon

  • Versatile performance across all printing speeds
  • Strong resistance to smudging and scratches
  • Withstands temperatures up to 100°C, ensuring dependable heat resistance

2. Resin ribbon

  • Optimized print speeds but slower than wax/resin ribbon
  • Exceptional resistance to smudging and scratches, surpassing wax/resin ribbons
  • Withstands temperatures up to 250°C, providing outstanding heat resistance

Please note: Pure wax ribbons are not suitable for TTO applications.

Common Applications of TTO
